AI Voice Reservation System

Overview

Built an AI-powered reservation automation using n8n, ChatGPT, Twilio, and Google Sheets. The system handles incoming phone calls, communicates with customers in Italian, and manages restaurant reservations automatically. It tracks table availability, prevents booking conflicts, recognizes returning customers with their preferences, and supports dine-in, takeaway, and delivery requests. All reservations are stored and managed in Google Sheets, creating a fully automated and intelligent booking management system.
