The system uses GPT-4o-mini to extract contact details from emails with a Regex fallback to ensure 100% reliability. Extracted data (name, phone, email, city) is mapped directly into the Zoho CRM sales pipeline with predefined fields, creating a fault-tolerant automation that ensures no leads are lost and the sales team can respond instantly.
