Enterprise WhatsApp–Salesforce integration with deduplication and thread management.

Developed an enterprise-grade automation workflow that integrates WhatsApp messaging with Salesforce using Twilio. The system captures inbound WhatsApp messages via secure webhooks, standardizes the data, and prevents duplicate processing through an idempotency layer. It automatically matches the sender's phone number with existing Salesforce Leads or Contacts (or creates a new lead if none exists) and organizes messages into the correct conversation thread. This automation enables businesses to manage WhatsApp conversations directly within Salesforce, ensuring reliable message tracking and streamlined customer communication.
