Zillow Property Lead Finder

Overview

Developed an automated system that searches Zillow for real estate listings based on user-defined filters such as area, keywords, and purchase price. The workflow filters results to include only houses and townhomes that are not part of an HOA and excludes properties marked as sold or under contract. It also detects listings containing seller or owner financing keywords and automatically logs qualifying properties into Google Sheets. The sheet refreshes daily to remove inactive listings and includes PadSplit market insights to estimate the price-per-room potential for each property.
